I’m so excited to be playing tomorrow at Metro Vancouver’s 32nd Annual Country Celebration at the Campbell Valley Regional Park in Langley. The event is sponsored by my good friends at JRFM and the BCCMA! I will be hitting the stage at 12:30pm for an acoustic set of original tunes. That’s right! On May 24th I will be opening the show with a 30 minute set for Jimmy Rankin. It will just be me, my guitar, and a close friend playing an acoustic set full of new tunes I can’t wait to share with you all. Doors open at 7pm at the Cascades Casino in Langley and I will be hitting the stage at 8pm sharp! Tickets can be purchased at www.ticketweb.ca and Cascades Casino Guest Services. It’s going to be a great show and I hope to see you all there!

Here is a sneak peek of one of my new tunes I recorded a few weeks ago. I set up a couple microphones and a camera in my living room and played a few songs acoustically so I could share them all with you. This is a little video performance of my new song “Can’t Get Enough”.  I will be posting the rest shortly so check back soon!

Off the top of the year I spent a few days in the studio with the very talented Jason Cook in Victoria BC!  What a great way to start the New Year, with a batch of freshly recorded tunes! I put a call out to my most talented Vancouver Island musician friends, and I could not be more thrilled with the way the tunes turned out!! We had co-producer Ryland Haggis on bass, Chris Van Sickle on keys and the Leslie, Steve O on lead and acoustic guitar, and Jason Cook on drums, background vocals and in the producers seat. I can’t wait to share them with you! Stay tuned…:)

Thought I would share a few photos with you from this years CCMA’s in Edmonton.  I played a little acoustic showcase while I was in town and spent the rest of my time taking in the festivities! Had VIP tickets to the show, thanks to my good friend AJ Woodworth, and later hit the after parties with my partners in crime Jesse Tucker, Ryland Haggis, Melissa Rae Barrie and AJ.
